Material Design Engineer
My daily life is not routine since it involves both office work with the drafting of technical documents, laboratory manipulations, trips to subcontractors or visits to the production area. Impossible for me to get bored!
A significant advantage of CARMAT is its dynamic spirit: It is a human-sized company that knows how to give young people a chance. Emphasis is placed on both professional and personal development. Here, the development of one does not go without the other. Team spirit is very present there and this is reflected in the organization of sporting events. In particular, we were lucky enough to overcome as a team at the Ultra01, a 180km relay trail. R&D Project Manager
After consumer electronics, aeronautics, medical and CARMAT or how to go from mass production to a technological product with very strong constraints: that the history of my professional career (from a multi national to a start-up). I am currently Project Manager at CARMAT. It is attractive from the product which remains exceptional up to the profession which allows to be at the heart (no pun intended) of the various professions with a huge R&D connotation but not only… The CARMAT Project Manager is an actor of and in his project, he actively participates in the choices relating to his product from specification, through architecture, design and up to production: it is rich, diversified, complete and exciting!
Methods engineer
I joined CARMAT as a Methods Engineer on electronic processes for over a year. The Carmat heart is a very interesting subject both in its complexity and in its purpose. Working at Carmat means: being rich in diverse and varied subjects, working for a common goal and for a cause that is really worth it. It’s hard to sum up all the reasons why I’m happy to be here: the honor of working on such a complex medical device, the learning, the perspectives, the good atmosphere at work, a company on a human scale. Aware of the chance to work for this fabulous project: I am very proud to work at Carmat.

STEP 2 : EVALUATION
Our recruiters will look through all submitted applications and should yours be of interest, we will invite you to an interview by telephone. On the other hand, if you don’t hear from us within three weeks, please consider that your application has probably been unsuccessful.
STEP 3 : INTERVIEW
After a first telephone interview, we will return to the manager. Then, you may be contacted for a second interview (telephone or physical).
STEP 4 : JOB OFFER
If you pass the pre-selection interview step and it has been decided that you are the finalist, the future candidate, a written job offer will be sent to you by our service HR.
The purpose of these interviews is to get to know you, to learn about your background and experiences. We check that your profile is in line with the values of the company and the manager’s expectations.
We attach great importance to technical skills, however our ideal candidate is the one who, in addition to mastering the business, has a personality as closely aligned as possible with Carmat core values, such as proactivity , positive attitude, agility and integrity.
Before each interview, it is important to be well prepared.
